When Do You Setup?

Typically we setup your mobile disco an hour before we are due to begin the performance. If you want us to begin entertaining at 7pm then we would normally arrive at 6pm as this gives us sufficient time to be able to gain access to the building and put together our equipment.

An hour is normally perfectly adequate for us to be able to get everything organised but please do bare in mind whether access to the venue could be difficult for us as this will have an impact on the time it takes to get everything organised.

Steps, stairs, narrow corridors or pathways etc will all contribute to the setting up time so it is important that you tell us about any access issues on your booking form.

We can also setup our equipment earlier in the day if you require. For example if your guests are due to arrive in the afternoon and you would prefer the equipment to be setup before they arrive, this is normally a service we can accommodate for a nominal extra fee.
